Not much use having a sign in the back window if said truck is behind
you. It would be much better in reversed text on the front so you could
see him in the rear-view mirror.

In our sub-division we used to ride the "Big Wheel" trikes down the
hill and do spin-outs at the bottom, and then go back up for another. The
guy that lived on the corner house at the bottom of the hill used to come
out in the street, trying to stop us, and claimed that he owned about 8
feet out in the road. He even called the cops on us once.

His kids were pretty stupid too. His name was "Chard", and I think his
brain actually was.

It turns out that property lines can be very complex. Where i live
the property line of my home actually extends to the middle of the
street. The City, County, and various utilities providers have
easements over those areas for such things as utility maintenance, and
the city and county for road maintenance.

Looking at the toilet at the gas station: PORTA
Looking at the next toilet: expecting to see PORTB, but it is still
marked as PORTA. Thinking: aha, this PORTA must be the 16 bit port then.

Not in our sub-division it didn>t, and even if it did, the existence of
a public road on top of "his land" means that my access was guaranteed.

We did not even own our "boulevards" (the area between the sidewalk and
the road/curb) but we were 100% responsible for their upkeep.

So what jurisdictions do you live in? Some careful searches or just
hunting down the appropriate local office to get the straight skinny
should be easy enough.
