I just swapped my os to xp pro and reinstalled the command line driver for
seti. I decided to use a new caching program so I went with Setigate this
time. My work units are getting a little over 99% done then a new one
starts without the previous one completing. What>s the fix please?

I had the same problem the other day and got this response from Ron
"When this happens the client is NOT talking to SetiGate but directly to
the Seti@Home server. It gets the new units also directly from
Seti@Home. You must configure the client with the -proxy:<port> command
line option."
Go to Edit > Edit User, in the Existing Account window, highlight the
client and select Edit and check that the command line says:
-proxy localhost:5001
I missed out the colon and once I put it in everything worked fine
This assuming you are running a stand alone system :)
