seismologist is just sheer nonsense, as the rest in fact. There is no
settling at all and the effects you observe located on any fault line
are not resulting from allege Continental drift & related alleged
equally ploughing of some Plates under another, but to the instability
of Earth on Ecliptics, this conducting a drift of our planet towards a
reduced Cosmic pressure system Indeed, the local gradient of energy
is analogous to the one observed in a balloon rising in the Earth
Atmosphere as the Earth balloon is likewise rising in the Solar
Atmosphere, hence expansion is the result and the strength of Quakes
are going to increase all the time ... with more and more 9 + Quakes
being the rule.
Sorry to disappoint you, by the present approach of Geology is just in
the position where the former Flute Earth or say Geocentrism theories
were before... in clear logic both inductive or deductive cannot break
through the illusion & then certitudes brought forth as a result of
Mankind endless intellectual linear interrations ... New paradigms
need old beliefs to crash before emerging, and only disappointment
