What is the best way/suggestion for keeping my flock of 10 chickens watered
with fresh water that will not get muddied up by my 2 ducks that often do
this?

Good Question! Keep the ducks completely separate from the chickens is the
only long term solution I>ve found. But that breaks down frequently around
here. For the chickens -- I ended up using tip over pails on little wooden
stands -- about 6" off the ground. The stand is only a very little bit
bigger than the pail. Room for a chicken to perch on the edges but
uncomfortable for the ducks.

If you>re not familiar with "tip over pail" -- there>s a picture of one at
http://west-teq.net/~rhatch/catal/p23.htm

That pretty much keeps the ducks out of the chicken water but it doesn>t
keep the chickens out of the duck>s water which is murky and disgusting 30
seconds after I refresh it. Ducks don>t seem to mind.

A dripping faucet....i.e. running water.

hang or place your drinker so that it is head height for the chickens
it will be well out of reach of the ducks

I presume you have an alternative fresh water supply for your ducks

I>m only going to consider automatic waterers. Manually filled waterers and
ducks are not a good combination, since they>ll have you fetching and
carrying all day long.

Perhaps the most straightforward solution is to get a Little Giant Poultry
Waterer at your local feed store and mount it rigidly so the ducks can>t
spill the water by leaning against it. Such a waterer is too small for them
to get into, and if you mount it at an appropriate height (roughly level
with the backs of the birds drinking from it), it will stay pretty clean.
Little Giant sells a mounting bracket these days. Then put some kind of
platform under the waterer. I have had good luck with old pallets, but
fancier solutions exist -- plastic-covered mesh dog-kennel flooring would
probably be ideal.

Commercial duck growers have switched to nipple waterers. (It appears that
the belief that ducks need to be able to immerse their beaks wasn>t true
after all.) I>m not keen about nipple waterers because they require
accurate pressure and height adjustment, which strikes me as too fiddly for
a small flock. A lot of people swear by them, though.
