PostPosted: Thu Nov 20, 2008 11:02 pm    Post subject: Transference Reply with quote

I have a master of social work helping me with my problems, but I find
her "transference love" to really bother me. She is a very good
looking young woman, and for her to constantly look at me with those
puppy love eyes, combined with my loneliness, well....it brings an
anger to me. Any thoughts on this matter would be appreciated.

I get angry because it is obviously not real love. Normally I have few
problems with anger, but her constant transference love busts me up.
This woman also lies and is full of deception. This is a normal
methodology of psychoanalysis?

I post some ideas above transference love below.

Rom 12:9 Love must be sincere. Abhor that which is evil; cleave to
that which is good.

The Bible connects insincere love with evil!

Psychoanalysis, practically invented by Sigmund Freud, attempts to
regress the psyche down to its origins in early childhood. In other
words, psychoanalysis attempts to remove the reality of ego, and
therefore the normal defences of the psyche. The poor lonely souls of
the mentally ill are subjected to the spiritual torture of unfulfilled
transference love.

It would be very simple for me now, on the score of conventional
morality, emphatically to insist that the analyst must never in any
circumstances accept or return the tender passion proffered him.... I
shall not fulfill these expectations, however...because in this
instance I can go behind moral prescriptions to the source of them,
namely to utility. I am on this occasion in the happy position of
being able to put the requirements of analytic technique in the place
of a moral decree without any alteration in the results. ( Freud on
love transference )

Freud>s belief above clearly reveals his lack of respect for God>s
creation and love. People are not machines for which the love
"utility" tool can be switched on or off! God is love and love is part
of people, his creation. Even if the love is just erotic, it is
inexorably connected to the love of God, albeit a sinful love. I
believe that transference love is a precursor to real and genuine love
because we all are born with a spiritual desire to love others. It is
our spiritual nature to love those who are experiencing love for us,
on some level.

Sigmund Freud (avowed atheist) considered mankind to be the vilest of
all of God>s creation. Freud>s work reflected his own repugnant
beliefs:

"The individual is essentially an enemy of society and has instinctual
urges that must be restrained to help society function. 'Among these
instinctual wishes are those of incest, cannibalism, and lust for
killing.' His view of human nature is that it is anti-social,
rebellious, and has high sexual and destructive tendencies. The
destructive nature of humans sets a pre-inclination for disaster when
humans must interact with others in society. 'For masses are lazy and
unintelligent; they have no love for instinctual renunciation, and
they are not to be convinced by argument of its inevitability; and the
individuals composing them support one another in giving free rein to
their indiscipline.' So destructive is human nature, he claims, that
'it is only through the influence of individuals who can set an
example and whom masses recognize as their leaders that they can be
induced to perform the work and undergo the renunciations on which the
existence of civilization depends.' All this sets a terribly hostile
society that could implode if it were not for civilizing forces and
developing government..."

--From The Future Of An Illusion, by Sigmund Freud.

The Tavistock Institute is headquartered in London. Its prophet,
Sigmond Freud, settled in Maresfield Gardens when he moved to England.
He was given a mansion by Princess Bonaparte. Tavistock>s pioneer work
in behavioral science along Freudian lines of "controlling" humans
established it as the world center of foundation ideology

All Tavistock and American foundation techniques have a single
goal---to break down the psychological strength of the individual and
render him helpless. The methods of Freudian psychotherapy induce
permanent mental illness in those who undergo this treatment by
destabilizing their character. The victim is then advised to
"establish new rituals of personal interaction", that is, to conform
to the collectivist ideals.
