Does anyone know where I can purchase thin (1" to 1.5") 4-tube T5 fluorescent
fixtures? I have searched everywhere and there are lots of T5 fixtures, but
they are all the thickness of standard T8 or T12 fixture (around 3").

Also, does anyone make a thin round T5 fixture (like the old Circline T12
fixtures)?

Thanks in advance.

Any other dimensions beyond thickness? Diffuser? Application?[/quote]

You could try the guys at t5ho.com. IIRC they used to specialize in
doing custom T5 fixtures, and I heard people liking their product and
their prices.

together some random words that came up with:

Diffuser. Residential lighting. Width and length of the fixture would be about
the same as a standard 4-tube 48" T8 or T12 fixture.

I would like something that doesn>t intrude from the ceiling and somewhat blends
into the ceiling.
