Have you made allowance for Geo maps to be brought in especially with
faults ?
Faults in the lower Nile areas especially with the proximity of the
Rift Major trench could be worth taking in consideration, while
planning for residential zones
.... indeed to be avoided at all cost, since with such unconsolidated
sedimentation formations even a minor quake can have drastic
consequence with the fluidizing by S waves of water logged ground
after some downpour ( always associated with quakes indeed)
This could be a + for your system.
