This website will show you the scanned copies of the 1969 England
incorporated papers that belong to the International Society for
कrishna Consciousness (ISकCON), the organisation where the majority of
the England based full-time "Hare कrishnas" are trained at this time
(July 20 2008).
The point of this website is only to show the facts as seen on
incorporated papers. The scanned copies show the details of disciples
and devotees that registered ISकCON in England. They did this to
spread कrishna Consciousness that was growing in America. However
even though the people did this as a love and duty to their spiritual
master / spiritual messenger, His Divine Grace A C Bhaकtivedanta Swami
Prabhupada, who had arrived on the American shores from India in 1965
to preach कrishna Consciousness, there appears to be in the
incorporation papers certain miscalculations, misjudgements and
deviousness by the so-called disciples and devotees that established
the ISकCON organisation in/for England and UK in 1969. Thus there
appears to be some wrongdoings by these disciples and devotees against
their spiritual master and spiritual messenger, His Divine Grace A C
Bhaकtivedanta Swami Prabhupada. These wrongdoings got continued to
the extent that became the motives for a certain disciple group to
poison the Hare कrishna Founder physically in 1977 and spiritually
harm the Founder>s Orders and Teachings.
Some of the wrongdoings that can be said just on basis of glancing at
the incorporation papers, see clauses 33 and 34 at menu page
"Sixteen", are these:
- The Hare कrishna Founder-Acharya, His Divine Grace A C Bhaकtivedanta
Swami Prabhupada is given a position based on election and votes.
This a devious management clause that is totally against spiritual
principles. The fact is that His Divine Grace A C Bhaकtivedanta Swami
Prabhupada had already been canvassing personally and was receiving
recognition, the Hare कrishnas grew and His Divine Grace A C
Bhaकtivedanta Swami Prabhupada wished for an organisation to be
created, however as can be seen from the incorporation papers for
England, the people that incorporated the Society on His behalf were
under illusion because they negated the position of His Divine Grace A
C Bhaकtivedanta Swami Prabhupada to be based on election and votes.
- The Hare कrishna Founder, His Divine Grace A C Bhaकtivedanta Swami
Prabhupada, has been given only a limited term to be His Divine Grace
A C Bhaकtivedanta Swami Prabhupada, this is again a total offence by
the group that incorporated the Society in/for England and Wales.
- The Hare कrishna Founder, His Divine Grace A C Bhaकtivedanta Swami
Prabhupada, powers in the incorporation papers are meant to be less
than the management. This is totally bizarre that the so-called
disciples and devotees i.e. servants of His Divine Grace A C
Bhaकtivedanta Swami Prabhupada are meant to be 'Masters' of His Divine
Grace A C Bhaकtivedanta Swami Prabhupada, the Founder-Acarya,
spiritual master / spiritual messenger.
- These people that incorporated the Society in/for England even
expected a vacancy - i.e. His Divine Grace A C Bhaकtivedanta Swami
Prabhupada to be no more.
- His Divine Grace A C Bhaकtivedanta Swami Prabhupada is in the
incorporation papers reduced impersonally to an office, not a person,
a spiritual master / spiritual messenger. This is a total disgrace by
these so-called disciples and devotees that established the Society in/
for England.
- His Divine Grace A C Bhaकtivedanta Swami Prabhupada spiritual
mastership and His spiritual messenger basis has been removed
according to these incorporation papers and turned into some demonic
manufactured philosophy that is material not spiritual at all. These
people that incorporated the Society created a manufactured system
without any Orders of His Divine Grace A C Bhaकtivedanta Swami
Prabhupada. They wanted the Founder-Acharya, His Divine Grace A C
Bhaकtivedanta Swami Prabhupada to be temporary not permanent. His
Divine Grace A C Bhaकtivedanta Swami Prabhupada wanted/wants to be
permanent and all initiates joining the Hare कrishna Movement to be
initiated by His Divine Grace A C Bhaकtivedanta Swami Prabhupada only.
- The whole incorporation seems to favour the impersonal illusion
managers of the England incorporated organisation and not His Divine
Grace A C Bhaकtivedanta Swami Prabhupada.
- Though these so-called disciple managers heavily borrow the
philosophy mention on the incorporation papers from His Divine Grace A
C Bhaकtivedanta Swami Prabhupada, these same so-called disciple
managers did not even mention on the incorporation papers that the
philosophy imparted to them is being imparted from His Divine Grace A
C Bhaकtivedanta Swami Prabhupada personally.
- His Divine Grace A C Bhaकtivedanta Swami Prabhupada gave various
Orders till November 141977 however these incorporated papers allow
these Orders to be ignored.
Thus these incorporated papers can bring some thought and discussion,
further issues, improvements and proper incorporation models,
comparisons with said territories and with other territories,
comparison with previous and corrected incorporated papers, wrongly
organisation positioned people, maladministration, management
corrections, amongst other things.
