Would life extension be possible if we used HGH or a stem cell
production stimulant and alternated it with an apoptosis drug?

Kill off old messed up cells, stimulate production of news ones.

I>m disturbed that antioxidants seem to preserve damaged, senescent
cells. Are we looking at this subject the wrong way?
