The mental regulations are about religion not crime,
The various sections are to with belief in god, who Jesus was and if
immortality is believed in.
None of that is to with health it is all nonsense, the "church" goes around
killing, maiming and ruining lives based on loony misinterpretations of
historical incidents.
They even appoint assassins and health workers to go around with the pretext
of medicine, killing over religious things.
It is absolutely appalling.
It is a nonsensical culture with absolutely no meaning at all!
These people are mad.
Humans are just great apes, a clever and cruel animal that is all.
Imposing this daft edifice is plain stupid.
I shall soon be returning to my home in the sky, there is no point in
stopping here, no progress can be made you are absolutely daft.
You have missed the whole point of our contact. Pity we missed you, you are
good candidates. I>m sure your stable but nonsensical mixed up society will
carry on for another 2000 or 3000 years until our next visit.
The captives we pick up are very pleased and have adapted well. There
children will populate your universe but your star 1 will be avoided and the
memories of you will fade away.
