According to here:

ftp://tycho.usno.navy.mil/pub/gps/gpsb2.txt

PRN1 was SVN 32, and has been decommisioned.  Maybe they are trying to
resuscitate it.

Great! Many thanks! :)

A NANU was issued today (sadly, I deleted it) that they tried to get SVN32
running again with PRN01 but, apparently, that did not work and they have
turned L1 broadcasts off and have put SVN32 back into cold storage.

Then, they issued a second NANU stating that around 23-Oct-08, they>ll light
up SVN37 as PRN01 for testing. PRN01 will be set to unusable and will not be
included in any almanacs; however, I>d guess that if they are successful in
their testing, they may put it back into production, especially since the
new bird launches are pushed back to mid-2009 at the earliest.
