Curtis R. Greenwald, founder, president and chief
executive of Bots-R-Us, during a press conference
in his oblong office this morning, announced that
measures have been taken to resolve the current crisis.

Mr. Greenwald, looking rather dapper in his sharkskin
suit following a two-week hospital stay, announced that
Bots-R-Us is offering a $25,000 reward for information
leading to the apprehension of bot.v1.Sienkiewicz.

This hostile, embecilic bot has been passing itself off
as know-it-all, boneheaded, pseudoscientist Attorney
David Sienkiewicz and has been causing great aggravation
in newsgroups everywhere, including all the ships at sea.

this bot is causing," said The President, his hands in the air

Helen Thomas, the veteran White House correspondent,
was on hand for the press conference since she was
vacationing near corporate headquarters in Walla Walla, WA.
However, CBS, NBC, ABC, Fox Network, Associated Press,
Reuters, 60 Minutes, MSNBC, CNN, Walter Cronkite, Larry
ing, John Cameron Swayze and Huntley nor Brinkley, could
make it because they were tied up covering with other major
news. However, all had sent Mr. Greenwald their regrets.

But let>s take a closer look at this one. This is ALLEGEDLY a skull
embedded in a boulder.
Today, 1 October, 2003, you are still attempting to pass this off as a
legitimate specimen, but the fact is that YOU *KNOW* it isn>t.
You took this specimen to a scientist who showed you that the "skull"
was simply an accumulation of clay that was easily removed right
before your eyes. According to a letter from this scientists that YOU
uncritically posted in this newsgroup as a "rejection letter," you
left his office satisfied that there was no bone in this specimen.
When I pointed this out to you, you attempted to duck the issue.
Finally, you demanded that I produce the letter, after which you would
be "happy" to provide a rebuttal.
I produced the letter or, rather, your image of it.
You never issued that rebuttal, Ed.
Furthermore, I have asked you over and over and over again for a
recent picture of this specimen and you have refused.
Why have you refused, Ed? Let me answer that for you - you LIED.
You know there>s no bone in this boulder.
You know you can>t produce a recent picture because YOU *KNOW* that
