I was talking with a doctor who claimed he road in an ambulance to one
of California>s facilities (more like a warehouse) where they take
premature babies that are basically brain dead and keep them on feeding
tubes because this collects government money. Something out of a SciFi
movie, but he swears it is true. He said the parents abandon the baby
to the state and usually divorce. Any truth to this?
