One of our chickens (we have 12) has been looking under the weather for a
while and has stopped laying. She was also shaking her head a lot and has
some feathers missing on the front of her neck. After picking her up to see
if I could identify what was wrong I found what I think was a poultry lice
crawling on me.

What is the best form of treatment for the birds and should I do anything to
the hen house at the same time.
