No matter where you test them, today in Nwe York-

These "Children Were Left Behind"...
the day they were born...
with inferior DNA...
condemning them to *Low IQ* --

Intelligence and genetics are highly correlated. I made a post yesterday
demonstrating that the correlation coefficient of intelligence between
identical twins is an astounding 0.85. This high correlation exists even
when the identical twins were adopted and raised by seperate familes.

There is no getting around genetics.

Absolutely. It>z just incredible that professional educators
can keep talking about the DAFN "achievement gap" as something
that can be fixed with changes in the schools. All the evidence
to the contrary is so overwhelming.

The *DAFNgap* is genetically embedded and *CANNOT* be 'fixed.'
