SOmeone told me once "yuo hav a lto of accumulate cogniteive
knwodlege, you are a gold mind..." what doe sthat mean? I have no
accumulated anything, it is said to me realtime
What does cognitive means?
The company that said that to me was IBM in Coral Gables, Miami, Fl,
in 1988, when applying for a job, never did get the job so I presume
it is bad

Cognitive = of or having to do with how an organism "knows" about its
environment, etc; more narrowly, of or having to do with the human ability to
know and understand (which is by no means as simple a concept as those words
suggest).
IMO, your interviewers were telling you that you were "overqualified" - a
polite way of saying that they didn>t want to pay you what you were worth. I
could give you a rant about employers' stupidity when it comes to hiring
well-qualified people, but this is not the forum for it.

Or the interviewers were looking for a coal mine, not a gold mine
(that is, they were looking for someone with other qualifications)
