Yeah, but those black students in CT are still smarter than most others.
Just how did they get the race of the test takers?

It is required by federal law under NCLB you ignorant DAFN.
However, state, local and federal agencies have been keeping
race records since they let you DAFNz stink up white
schools. Before integration, statistics were not kept. It
just goes to show that ignorance is bliss at least as far as
DAFNz are concerned. If you don>t like it blame MLK and his
horde or stupid DAFNz. Eventually everybody in the whole
world will know what a worthless pathetic race you DAFNz
are.

Well I never recalled checking a racist box for any of these statistics. I
am sure that they make them up or assume the race of the students. You
carjackers need to stop being paranoid. Only guilt of wrong doing causes
paranoia

the matter are hopelessly unsounds.

Really? What statistics in particular, clueless?
(With regard to public school testing, it didn>t really start until
well after integration. With regard to enrollment rates, the census
has racial data back to 1850, literacy data back to 1860. Most other
data started being broken down in the 1930-1954 range because people
started asking questions then.
