NEW VERSION OF GPS SPS PERFORMANCE STANDARD RELEASED

The freshly signed new version of the "GPS SPS Performance Standard,
4th Edition September 2008" is up on the NAVCEN website under the GPS
section.

It is atop the GPS General References section at
