My 5 year old daughter and I recently started eating strictly
organic. I have been very surprised at how few people even realize
what organic means. And even worse, I>ve heard so many people say "I
got it at Whole Food" so it must be organic.....unfortunately they
sell conventional food as well. So I>ve been dealing with all the
controversy and discussion about whether or not it>s really "organic"
and who is doing the certification and who to trust, etc. And I am
spending tons more on food than I was before, however, I>ve determined
based on how I feel and the people I see on the same path, that this
is the way to go. I am constantly seeking information and
interviewing farmers. My partner and I are working on some great
projects to educate and spread the word about living a healthy,
