Hello everybody,

I>m a student and for my schol I need to devellop a program which is
able to diagnosis tuberculosis or bacterial infection. I have a couple
of pictures of pulmons with the different sickness and explanation to
help the diagnosis.

The point is that i really don>t know how to do so if someone can help
me. I>m ready to work hard, but i need a guide line coz i>m loose in
front of my screen =)

It>s a bit tough because you haven>t given us any image to work with,
but I guess I>ll be the first to take a shot at it.
Step 1: Acquire image (via microscope, radiology, nuclear medicine, or
whatever)
Step 2: Discuss with physician what looks different between the normal
and diseased images.
Step 3: Write image analysis software to classify the images and
predict disease state
Step 4: Review your prediction with physician.
Step 5: Turn in your homework to be graded.
