Hello Google:
My name is Mehran Basti and I have Google Basti Newsgroups.
Someone without becoming a member penetrated into my account and
posted articles.
These are Basti Newsgroup: Sci.physics (public), Basti Newsgroup:
Sci.comp (public) and Basti Newsgroup: Rec (public).
How this happened without my approval and the person appointed himself
as a member?
Could you remove his articles?
How can I remove them myself?
I have removed his membership.
Please provide advice such that this event never happens again.
The sites on Basti Newsgroups on closed environment are safe at this
time.
Note: Basti Newsgroups are at this time on experimental basses on
Google, and as soon as we have enough members we will transfer it to a
private site (thus will not experience such events again).
The public should be aware of such deficiencies in Google groups.

Who can join: People can request an invitation to join.
I still believe that you can sign in at Google site, if not please
email me such that I can send you an invitation.
I hope this will remedy the difficulties.
Note: Since my Basti Newsgroups are on Google, I am writing to those
whom access the Internet through Google.

You complain about the way people use newsgroups and you post this
crap?
Go to: http://groups.google.com/support/
and click on Contact Options like any sane person would do. |
